I think the "Idahoan" Applewood Smoked Bacon Flavored Mashed Potatoes gives this recipe the "TAH-DAH"!! My husband does not like salamon at all, but loves this recipe. If you have some fresh-ripe tomatoes to go along with it, you have a wonderful meal! De-LISH!!

Ingredients For sherry's salmon patties

1 can(14.75) oz. red salmon, drained and flaked

3 mdeggs
-
1/2 cgarlic & herb seasoned dry crumbs
-
1/2 cdry potato flakes ( i use the "idahoan" applewood smoked bacon flavored mashed potatoes.)

1 mdonion (white)
-
1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 tspdried dill weed
-
1/4 tspcelery salt
-
salt & pepper to taste.

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make sherry's salmon patties

1In a medium bowl, mix everything except the olive oil.

2Form the mixture into 2 inch balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2 inch thick.

3Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly brown. Delicious!!
