2 lbbaby red potatoes

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tspitalian seasoning

1 tspgarlic powder (not salt)

1 tspsalt

1 1/2 lbsalmon, cut into 4 filets

1 lbfresh green beans, trimmed

1/3 cunsalted butter, melted

3 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 Tbspflat leafed parsley, minced

1 tsponion powder
-
1 tspsalt

1/2 tspcracked black pepper

4 slicelemon
How To Make sheet pan salmon dinner

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large rimmed sheet pan with non-stick spray.

2Quarter the potatoes and place in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat.

3Arrange potatoes in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and then remove from the oven and push the potatoes to one side of the pan.

4Arrange the salmon down the center of the pan and the green beans along the other edge of the pan.

5Add the melted butter, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Stir to combine

6Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the salmon and green beans. Gently toss the beans to coat. Place lemon slices over the salmon.

7Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes more or until salmon is cooked through and potatoes and beans are tender.
