4tuna steaks

2 Tbspolive oil

3 Tbspbutter

1/3 cgreen onions, chopped

1/2 lbshitake mushrooms, sliced

1 1/2 cheavy cream

How To Make seared tuna with ginger shitake cream sauce

1Add the oil to a skillet and sear the tuna on all sides, and cook to desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest.

2Add the butter to the same skillet. Add the green onions, ginger, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 3 minutes.

3Stir in the soy sauce and heavy cream. Cook 2 more minutes. Add the lime juice.

4Serve the sauce with the tuna steaks and lime wedges.
