I like to make a quiche once in a while and this is one of my favorites..you can use any seafood.

Ingredients For seafood quiche

  • 12 oz
    crab or 2 cups chopped shrimp
  • 12 slice
    side bacon fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese grated
  • 4
    eggs whisked
  • 3
    green onions chopped
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 9 inch pastry shell

How To Make seafood quiche

    Preheat oven to 375F..line pie plate with pastry..chop shrimp..fry bacon until crisp.

    Combine all ingredients in big bowl pour into pastry shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and set...serve warm...
