I like to make a quiche once in a while and this is one of my favorites..you can use any seafood.

12 ozcrab or 2 cups chopped shrimp

12 sliceside bacon fried crisp and crumbled

1 ccheddar cheese grated

4eggs whisked

3green onions chopped

2 cmilk

1/2 cmayonnaise

9 inch pastry shell
How To Make seafood quiche

1Preheat oven to 375F..line pie plate with pastry..chop shrimp..fry bacon until crisp.

2Combine all ingredients in big bowl pour into pastry shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and set...serve warm...
