Ingredients For seafood lasagne

1 lbcurly lasagna noodles

1 lbsmall shrimp, shelled & deveined
-
1 lbscallops
-
1/4 lbbutter
-
1/3 cwhite wine
-
3 clovegarlic, minced
-
2lobsters (1 pound each)

1 lbricotta cheese
-
1egg
-
1 1/2 tsporegano
-
1 1/2 tspbasil
-
1 lbcheddar cheese, grated

1 lbmozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 cbread crumbs
How To Make seafood lasagne

1Preheat oven: 350 degrees.... Cook & drain noodles. Saute shrimp & scallops in butter, wine & garlic; drain cooking liquid. Dice lobster meat, add to shrimp & scallops; set aside.

2In greased 9 x 14 inch baking dish arrange a layer of noodles. In a mixing bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg, herbs, & cheddar cheese; mix thoroughly.

3Layer half the ricotta mixture, half the seafood, & one-third of the mozzarella cheese over noodles. Repeat once. Top with remaining noodles, mozzarella cheese, & bread crumbs. Bake for 50 minutes.
