Ingredients For seafood casserole

  • 2 lb
    fish, scallops, clams, and shrimp
  • 1 can
    cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c
    celery
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder or 1 or 2 cloves, minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1
    stack ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted

How To Make seafood casserole

  • 1
    Saute celery and onions.
  • 2
    Warm soup and spices.
  • 3
    Prepare seafood into bite-sized chunks. Put into 2 qt. casserole dish.

    Pour soup over seafood.

    Bake for 20 mins. at 350.
  • 6
    Sprinkle crushed crackers on casserole and drizzle melted butter. Cook for additional 10 mins.
