Ingredients For seafood casserole

2 lbfish, scallops, clams, and shrimp

1 cancream of shrimp soup

1/2 ccelery
-
1/2 conion
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder or 1 or 2 cloves, minced

1/4 to 1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspwhite pepper
- TOPPING

1stack ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 cbutter, melted
How To Make seafood casserole

1Saute celery and onions.

2Warm soup and spices.

3Prepare seafood into bite-sized chunks. Put into 2 qt. casserole dish.

4Pour soup over seafood.

5Bake for 20 mins. at 350.

6Sprinkle crushed crackers on casserole and drizzle melted butter. Cook for additional 10 mins.
