Ingredients For sea food egg rolls,by bob..

  • 1 c
    cooke crab meat
  • 1 c
    cooked shrimp
  • 1 8oz pkg
    cream cheese at room temp.
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • a few dashes of hot sauce
  • 1 pkg
    egg roll wrappers
  • oil to fry with. i use a fry daddy.

    In a large mixing bowl add every thing but the egg roll wrappers. Mix together very well.

    Take an egg roll wraper and put 2 teaspoons of mixture and spread evenly.. Wrap each wrapper and seal with egg wash.

    I use a fry daddy to fry the egg rolls. It take from 5 to 7 minutes to fry egg rolls. remove from oil and set on a plate that has paper towls to absorb the oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce
