1/4 colive oil

5garlic cloves, minced

1 lbbay or sea scallops

3/4 cslivered red peppers

3/4 cslivered green peppers

1/2 cchopped onion

1/2 tsphot sauce of your choice

1/4 tspsalt

2 Tbspcapers, drained
How To Make scallops in double pepper sauce

1In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic.

2Cook until golden, about 1 minute.

3Add the scallops, peppers, onion, hot sauce and salt.

4Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes, or until the scallops turn white and the vegetables are crisp-tender.

5Stir in the capers and serve immediately.
