Ingredients For savory baked fish

  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb
    flounder or sole fillets, fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    rosemary, bruised
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 md
    tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    dry white wine or vegetable broth

How To Make savory baked fish

  • 1
    Sprinkle celery and shallow baking pan pop. Arrange fish over celery, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with salt Roseberry pepper and pepper pickup. Top with tomato and onion. Add wine.

    Bake in preheated oven 325°F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes.
