Ingredients For sausage and fish stew

2 Tbspolive oil

1 lbsmoked sausage, polish sausage, or kielbasa

4 clovegarlic minced

1 mdonion sliced into rings

1 lbyukon gold potatoes peeled and sliced in 1/2 inch slices

3/4 cdry vermouth or white wine
-
4haddock fillets
-
salt and pepper

handful of fresh parsley chopped

juice of 1 lemon
How To Make sausage and fish stew

1Add the oil to a large skillet. Once its hot add the potatoes, onions and garlic. Cook 5 minutes then add half the vermouth. Place a lid and 10 minutes. Add the sausage and cook 5 more minutes.

2Season the fish with salt and pepper. Lay the fish on top of the potato/sausage mixture. Pour in the remaining vermouth. Place the lid back on pan and cook about 8 more minutes. Until fish is cooked.

3Sprinkle the fish with parsley and drizzle the lemon juice over the dish. Serve with some crusty bread.
