Another Pampered Chef recipe. I don't eat seafood so I've never made/eaten this one. Someone let me know how it is.

Ingredients For saucy seafood pizza

1 pkgrefrigerated pizza crust dough

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 tspdill weed
-
1 tspgrated lemon peel
-
1/2 cseafood cocktail sauce

1/2 mdcucumber, seeded and chopped

1/4 cchopped green bell pepper
-
4 ozflake or leg-style imitation crabmeat

1 Tbspminced fresh parsley

lemon slices fo garnish
How To Make saucy seafood pizza

1Preheat oven to 350. Unroll pizza crust dough onto a greased 14-inch pizza pan. Pat out dough to edges. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool completely.

2Coarsely chop crabmeat; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dill weed, and lemon peel; spread evenly onto crust. Top with cocktail sauce. Sprinkle with cucumber, bell pepper, crabmeat and parsley.

3Garnish with lemon slices if desired. Cut into wedges and serve.
