Ingredients For salt cod brass- style

2 Tbspolive oil

2 cof leftover codfish

4eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 tspcoarse salt or to taste

1/4 tspground black pepper or to taste

2 Tbspfresh finely chopped parsely
How To Make salt cod brass- style

1HEAT the oil in medium skillet over medium ,high heat.ADD and thoroughly heat the leftover cool mixture.

2In the olive oil for about 5 minutes.ADD the beaten eggs.Season with salt and pepper,if needed.COOK eggs until eggs are done, stirring occasionally,as if cooking scrambled eggs.

3Boil your eggs,and then when cooled off ,slice your eggs,put it aside. PUT THE FISH on the sides of the platter the sliced eggs in the center,black olives around the fish.GARNISH with parsley and serve immediately.
