We love Salmon and I serve it many different ways but this is very easy and tasty and one of my favorites.

Ingredients For salmon with dill sauce

  • 1/2 c
    mayo
  • 1/4 c
    chives
  • 1 tsp
    dill
  • 3 Tbsp
    white wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 4
    salmon fillets (individual sizes)

How To Make salmon with dill sauce

    Mix first 6 ingredients
  • 2
    Broil Salmon, brush with sauce and turn. Brush with more sauce until Salmon is done. Serve with any left over sauce

    I like to serve this with a baked potato and either a vegetable or salad.

    NOTE: I usually buy a package of Salmons (4 in a pack). If you have Salmon with the skin on, just put a little water in a skillet and place Salmon in pan, skin down for 20 seconds or so. Remove from pan and with a little pull, skin will come off.
