Ingredients For salmon with avocado salsa

1/2 cplain yogurt
-
3green onion fine chopped
-
1/4 cpickled ginger or fresh grated ginger 1 tbsp

1firm avocado diced

6grape tomatoes cut into 4 pieces

1/2fresh or canned pineapple chopped

4salmon fillets about 720g

1 tspolive oil

sea salt and pepper to taste
How To Make salmon with avocado salsa

1Place oven rack in upper 1/3 of oven preheat broiler to 500F..line a large rimmed baking pan with foil. lightly coat the foil with butter.

2Stir yogurt with onion, ginger, avocado, tomatoes and pineapple...brush fish with oil and sprinkle with a little saltand fresh ground pepper..place fish skin side down on pan...

3Broil fish until a knife tip inserted into deepest part of fish comes out warm 10 to 12 minutes...remove from pan and place on platter with several slices of lemon added to pan around the fish...serve with the salsa
