Salmon with dill sauce is one of my favorite dinners.I served it with Roasted Potatos and steamed broccoli. I served the salmon on a bed of rice with fresh lemon wedges. Look for my recipe for roasted potatos.

Ingredients For salmon w/ dill sauce

4salmon, skinless filet or whatever you prefer

1 Tbspoil

2 pinchsalt and pepper
- DILL SAUCE
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 csour cream
-
3 Tbspfresh parsley
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
2 Tbspfresh dill
-
2 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
pinchsalt and pepper to taste

4 Tbspheavy cream
-
1 tspwater
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
How To Make salmon w/ dill sauce

1~SALMON~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Line Baking Sheet w/Aluminum Foil

3Wash and Dry Salmon

4Rub With oil,Sprinkle salt and pepper over top

5Place skin side down in pan

6Bake uncovered 12-15 min or until flakes with fork.

7Side note: Internal temp: 140 to 145 degrees.

8~ DILL SAUCE ~ Combine all the ingredients into a medium bowl. Serve spoonful over salmon
