Ingredients For salmon patty cakes

1/4 cred bell pepper

1/4 cgreen onions

1/4 cmayonnaise

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 tspseasoning salt

1 dashcayenne pepper (more or less for taste)

1egg, beaten

1 pkgsalmon 6 oz
-
1 cbread crumbs

3 Tbspbutter
How To Make salmon patty cakes

1Finely chop red pepper and green onion. Put both in a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt and cayenne pepper. Stir.

2Stir in beaten egg, salmon and 4 tablespoons bread crumbs.

3Form 6-8 balls, roll balls in remaining bread crumbs and flatten.

4Heat butter in a frying pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. About 5 minutes per side.
