These salmon patties are really great. My husband just loves them. I love them especially since they are baked and not fried.

Ingredients For salmon patties

2eggs, lightly beaten

1 cmilk
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
3 ccrushed saltines (about 66 crackers)

2 tspfinely chopped onion
-
2garlic cloves minced
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspground coarse pepper (i use the gourmet type)

2cans (14-3/4 ounces each) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
- MY HUSBAND'S HORSERADISH SAUCE - YUMMY

1/4 chorseradish (you can add more to suit your taste)

1 csour cream
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/8 tspsalt
How To Make salmon patties

1In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, lemon juice, saltines, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in Salmon. Shape into 12 3 inch patties.

2Place in a greased 15 inch x 10 inch x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until they are lightly brown. Serve with tarter sauce or cocktail sauce or your favorite sauce.

3Tipp: I put my saltines in my blender and chop them up fine.

4Sauce - mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
