I found this recipe on a can of Pink Salmon that I bought one day. It is now the only way I make my Salmon Patties.

Ingredients For salmon patties

  • 1 can
    (14.75 oz.) pink salmon
  • 2
    whole eggs
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper

How To Make salmon patties

  • 1
    Drain salmon, discard skin and bones. Combine ingredients adding the flour last. Mix well. Form into patties. Pan-fry in vegetable oil until patties are medium brown on both sides.
