I found this recipe on a can of Pink Salmon that I bought one day. It is now the only way I make my Salmon Patties.

Ingredients For salmon patties

1 can(14.75 oz.) pink salmon

2whole eggs
-
1/4 cchopped onion
-
1/4 call purpose flour
-
2 Tbspyellow cornmeal
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground black pepper
How To Make salmon patties

1Drain salmon, discard skin and bones. Combine ingredients adding the flour last. Mix well. Form into patties. Pan-fry in vegetable oil until patties are medium brown on both sides.
