Ingredients For salmon patties

14.75 oz canpink salmon chicken of the sea brand name
-
2eggs
-
3 Tbspfinely chopped onion
-
1/2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspdill weed
-
2 tsptajin clasico seasoning mild (see picture related to this recipe)

3/4 cfine bread crumbs approx.

3/4 colive oil, light
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make salmon patties

1Drain Salmon and mince up until there are no large pieces.

2add all ingredients except for oil and butter
-
3Mix well. Pat out your salmon mixture into 7 patties. (It should be moist but not enough to where it falls apart when you patty it out. If it is too moist add some more bread crumbs.)

4Put oil and butter in your pan and fry until golden brown on each side.
