Good way to get the kids some Omega-3. There are several ways to do these as most of you know. I just think they are easy and delicious and my kids love em with Mac n cheese and ketchup!

Ingredients For salmon patties

can1 can 14.75 oz pink salmon

2 large eggs
-
pkg1 sleeve saltine crackers

Tbsp2 tablespoons mayo (optional) i like mccormick w/ lime
How To Make salmon patties

1In a bowl combine Salmon, eggs, crackers and optional mayo. I do not drain Salmon. Blend together with a fork and hands. Form into 3 to five patties depending on how large you like yours.

2Fry in a small amount of oil for 6 or 7 minutes each side or until brown or crisp on each side.
