Ingredients For salmon patties

2----5 oun canskinless & boneless salmon ( i used chicken of the sea)

1egg
-
4 Tbspself-rising flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make salmon patties

1Drain salmon well. Put in small bowl.

2Add egg & flour,( salt & pepper,) to your taste. Mix well.

3Put some oil in skillet, to fry them.
-
4After mixing well, shape into patties. Fry till golden brown, flip and brown the same way on other side.
