Quick easy delicious. I also make this with caned Mackerel. We just love it with a little tarter sauce on the side.

Ingredients For salmon patties

1 cansalmond or mackrel with broth
-
1 pkgsaltine crackers crumbled

1 smonion diced fine if desired

2 lgeggs

1 cor less for frying
How To Make salmon patties

1Open fish and pour into bowel with broth. Take center bones out and break up meat slightly.

2Add diced onion if desired, cracker crumbs and eggs. Mix well with hands. Set aside for 5-10 minuted to allow time for crackers to absorb broth.

3Place oil in fry pan and heat while forming fish into patties. Brown patties on one side then turn and brown on other side. Remove to serving platter.
