This is another recipe that I got from my mother and I love it as does everyone else I have made it for.

Ingredients For salmon patties
-
1 can15 oz. canned salmon
-
1/2 conion, chopped fine
-
2 clovegarlic, chopped fine
-
3/4 tspdry mustard
-
1 tspsea salt
-
1/4 tspred pepper
-
1/2 ccelery, chopped fine
-
2eggs
-
1/2 tsppaprika, sweet mild
-
1 Tbspparsely flakes
-
1 1/2 ccrushed cracker crumbs
-
2 Tbspcooking oil
How To Make salmon patties

1Drain and clean any bones out of the canned salmon. Add fish to bowl with other ingredients and mix well. Heat skillet/frying pan with 2 Tbs. oil.

2Take an ice cream scoop full of batter and either form into a patty on wax paper or put right into the skillet and press down with a spatula to form a patty.

3Fry until lightly browned on each side about 1-2 minutes depending on your stove.
