Back in the 70's Brenda's Mom would invite me to lunch when she fixed this. so I got her recipe.

Ingredients For salmon loaf

1 cansalmon, canned
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppaprika or 1 tablespoon onion powder

1/4 ccracker crumbs

3 Tbspmelted butter
-
3egg yolks, well beaten
-
3egg whites, stiffly beaten
How To Make salmon loaf

1Remove dark sking and bones from salmon. Separate into flakes with fork

2Combine all ingredients, except egg whites. Mix well. Then fold in egg whites

3Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake until lightly brown on top. at 325 oven
