Ingredients For salmon kebabs

  • 4 lg
    salmon steaks
  • 1 c
    teriyaki marinade
  • 8 sm
    baby sweet peppers
  • 6 lg
    portabella mushrooms
  • 1/2 lg
    sweet onion, i like vidalias
  • 8 sm
    cherry or grape tomatoes

How To Make salmon kebabs

  • 1
    cut salmon steaks into chunks and marinade for 1 hour in teriyaki marinade.
  • 2
    cut up vegetables in a bit larger than bite size pieces so they stay on the skewers. place vegetables and salmon on skewers in any order you wish. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning once. Season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
