Ingredients For salmon kebabs

4 lgsalmon steaks

1 cteriyaki marinade
-
8 smbaby sweet peppers

6 lgportabella mushrooms

1/2 lgsweet onion, i like vidalias

8 smcherry or grape tomatoes
How To Make salmon kebabs

1cut salmon steaks into chunks and marinade for 1 hour in teriyaki marinade.

2cut up vegetables in a bit larger than bite size pieces so they stay on the skewers. place vegetables and salmon on skewers in any order you wish. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning once. Season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
