Ingredients For salmon croquettes
- BASIC INGREDIENTS

1 canred salmon, 15 oz
-
1egg
-
1/2 calmond meal
-
4green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
-
(or 1/4 cup finely chopped onion)

salt and pepper to taste

oil for frying

- OPTIONAL EXTRAS
-
1/4 ccelery, finley chopped
-
2 Tbspparsley, chopped fresh (or 1 tsp dried)

1 Tbspdill weed, chopped fresh (or 1 tsp dried)

1/4 tsppaprika
-
1 clovegarlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp granules)

1 Tbspold bay seasoning
-
juice from 1 lemon
-
up to 1/4 cflaxseed meal
How To Make salmon croquettes

1In a large bowl hand mix ingredients. Form into patties.

2Heat oil in skillet over medium flame. Saute patties one side at a time until each side is done.

3Serve hot.

4The children like ketchup with their croquettes. Haven't tried this sauce yet: 2 T mayonnaise 1 t fresh lemon juice 1 t Dijon mustard 1 T chopped fresh parsley 1 t finely chopped capers 1/2 t minced garlic 1/8 t salt
