Recipe found at: WWW.nancys-kitchen.com/jul-20-2006.htm ( not me) I have tried it and liked it. Be sure to buy fresh salmon from northern waters. Not farm raised. Sockeye if you can find it, frozen Sockeye is good also. For a real treat.

4--4 oz fillets of salmon

1 Tbspolive oil

1 tspdried dill to taste

3 Tbspfresh lemon juice

salt and ground black pepper to taste
How To Make fresh salmon cooked in the dishwasher

1Tear off 4 sheets of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap each fillet. Grease one side of foil. Place each fillet on foil, and drizzle a little olive oil on top of each.. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper and dill weed to taste.Then drizzle a bit of lemon juice on each.

2Wrap up the steaks, carefully sealing each packet..tight so no water enters packet. Put on top rack of your empty dish washer and run a full hot cycle.
