Ingredients For salmon cakes

4 lbsalmon, canned

1 mdred pepper finely diced

1 mdyellow bell pepper finely diced

1 mdgreen pepper finely diced

1 lgonion minced

3 mdribs celery minced

4 mdeggs

1/2 cmayonnaise

2 Tbsplime juice

1/3 cbutter melted

1 Tbspyellow mustard

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspold bay seasoning

2 cpanko bread crumbs or enough to hold the cakes together
How To Make salmon cakes

1Mix all ingredients except the salmon and bread crumbs.

2Then fold in the salmon and bread crumbs.

3Form into patties and saute or bake until hot all the way through.
