I am not a big Salmon fan but these are so very very good. If you like salmon you will really enjoy them.

Ingredients For salmon burgers

1 lbsalmon fillet skinned and chopped

1/4 cbasil chopped

1 cred onion

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1egg white
-
1 Tbsphot sauce
-
8rolls or french bread sliced to make 4 sandwiches
How To Make salmon burgers

1Cobine the first five ingredients in the blender.

2combine the egg white and the hot sauce and add to the mixture in the blender and pulse.

3Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add salmon patties, and cook until they are done enough for you.

4These can also be done on the grill on foil but be sure to spray with cooking spray. Toast rolls, top with your favorite toppings and serve.
