I found canned salmon at the store today and decided to create a quick salmon burger recipe. It doesn't get any easier than this!

Ingredients For salmon burgers

1 canpink salmon - separated
-
1/2 cbread crumbs - italian style

2eggs

1/4 tspgarlic salt
How To Make salmon burgers

1drain and separate the salmon from the bones/skin. Most canned salmon has small bones and skin which are edible, but I don't like them.

2sprinkle with enough bread crumbs to cover, about 1/2 cup.

3add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly with your hands until it forms a ball.

4add garlic salt and mix again.

5form into patties.

6cook in a pan on medium heat in a little olive oil until the outside is brown and lightly crispy.
