I could eat salmon everyday. This is one of my many favorite sandwiches

Ingredients For salmon blt

8 slices bacon

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 salmon fillets
-
1/4 c mayo
-
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce

8 slices sourdough bread,toasted lightly

2 tablespoons minced dill pickle
-
4 pieces romaine lettuce
-
4 slices tomato
-
4 thinly sliced red onion
-
salt and black pepper
-
garlic powder
How To Make salmon blt

1Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain and set aside. Wipe out the skillet and heat oil over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt,pepper and garlic powder,cook just until done 2-3 minutes on each side. In a small bowl,mix mayo,horseradish,pickles and 1/4 t pepper. Spread on bread slices,add lettuce tomato,onion salmon and bacon.
