Ingredients For salmon balls

  • 2 can
    salmon
  • 1/2 c
    long grain rice
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, grated
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    water

How To Make salmon balls

  • 1
    Put salmon and its juice in a bowl, remove skin and bones.
  • 2
    Add rice and onions, egg salt and pepper; mix well and form into small balls.
  • 3
    Put in greased casserole leaving space for expansion.
  • 4
    Mix the soup and water and pour over the balls; cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
