I've had this recipe in my recipe file for many years. If you love Indian spices - you'll love this roasted salmon. The yogurt mixture is a great accompaniment with it's cool flavor.

Ingredients For roasted indian-spiced salmon fillets

46-oz. salmon fillets (about 1" thick)

cooking spray

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspground ginger
-
1/2 tspground coriander
-
1/4 tspground cumin
-
1/8 tspground cinnamon
-
1/8 tspcayenne pepper

2/3 cplain yogurt
-
2 Tbspfresh cilantro
How To Make roasted indian-spiced salmon fillets

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Coat a roasting pan with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, in the roasting pan.

3Brush evenly with lemon juice. Combine 1/2 tsp salt and remaining spices and sprinkle evenly over fish.

4Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested. Combine yogurt and cilantro - serve along side fish.
