Ingredients For red lobster crab alfredo -

1/2 lblinguine pasta

1/2 lbsnow crab meat

4 Tbspbutter
-
4 Tbspflour

2 cheavy cream or half and half

1/2 cparmigiano, grated

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make red lobster crab alfredo -

1Cook linguine according to package instructions. In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

2Stir in flour until the mixture has a "sandy" appearance. Do NOT allow it to change colors. After 45 to 60 seconds, whisk in half & half.

3Blend until a thick sauce forms. Stir in parmesan and season to taste. Reduce heat to low. Add crab meat. Simmer until crab is heated through.

4Divide linguine into two bowls and pour even amounts of sauce over the top. Sprinkle cayenne pepper, to taste. Enjoy!
