1onion, chopped

1celery stalk, chopped

26-1/2 cans chopped clams, undrained

18 oz bottle clam juice

1-3/4 cchicken brotth

1 lgpotato, diced
-
1 tspdried thyme
-
1/4 tspeach salt and white pepper

3 Tbspcornstarch

2 clight cream
How To Make quick fishermans clam chowder

1In lg pot over medium heat, saute onion and celery in oil for 5 mins. Add clams w/ their juices, broth, thyme, salt and pepper.

2Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 mins.

3In bowl whisk together cornstarch and cream. Add mix to chowder, cook until thickened, stirring often.
