1-1/2 cdried instant mashed potatoes

1In a lg pot over med-high heat, combine all ingredients except potato flakes. Bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 mins. Stir in potato flakes. Simmer 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
