    milk
  • 1
    10 oz pkg frozen corn
  • 1
    9 oz pkg frozen peas
  • 2 lb
    catfish, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried thyme
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1-1/2 c
    dried instant mashed potatoes

How To Make quick and simple new england chowda

    In a lg pot over med-high heat, combine all ingredients except potato flakes. Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 mins. Stir in potato flakes. Simmer 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
