Ingredients For pink sammie patties

14 3/4 ozcan of pink salmon, drained -skin and bones remover
-
3/4 cseasoned italian breadcrumbs

1/2 cfinely chopped red onion

3 Tbspmayonnaise or salad dressing

2 lgeggs, beaten
-
juice smfresh lemon squeezed
-
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
3 Tbspcanola oil, for frying
How To Make pink sammie patties

1Drain and flake the salmon in a medium bowl. Combine all ingredients,except canola oil; blend well.

2Divide mixture into 4 parts(mixture will be moist). In a large skillet heat the canola oil and cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and heated through-turning once.
