Got this recipe from friends in Wisconson when my famly went each year when i was younger. easy to do. Great flavors.

Ingredients For pike puffs

416oz pike fillets, ( make shure y bone is removed)

1/4 Tbspsalt and pepper
-
1egg white
-
1/4 cmayonnaise, light
-
1/4 Tbspdill seed

1/4 Tbsponion juice
-
1/4 tsplemon juice
How To Make pike puffs

1pre-heat oven to 425. Place fillets in a greased baking dish,9X9 square.. season with salt & pepper. add salt to eggwhite and whip tillstiff,but not dry... Fold in mayonnaise,dill,onion and lemon juice.

2spoon over ftllets. Bake abought 12-15 minutes or untillfish flakes easily and top is puffed and brown.
