These Maryland-style crab cakes are prepared the same way they are made in all Phillips Seafood Restaurants. Heavy on the crab meat, light on the filler, they are REALLY good!

Ingredients For phillips restaurant crabcakes

  • 1 lb
    crab meat (phillips refrigerated preferred)
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
    seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make phillips restaurant crabcakes

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except for crab meat. Gently fold in the crab meat. Shape into cakes.

    Pan fry until golden brown or bake at 375º for 12 to 15 minutes.
