Ingredients For perfect salmon patties

  • 14 3/4 oz
    can red salmon
  • 1/4 c
    onion, minced
  • 1/4 c
    cornmeal
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    nayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    oil to pan fry

How To Make perfect salmon patties

  • 1
    Drain salmon tho0roughly, flake with a fork in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except oil and mix well. Form into patties. Add oil to frying pan and heat to medium high heat. Fry patties unril golden brown on both sides. Makes 4 servings.
