Ingredients For pecan butter catfish

1 cflour

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspred pepper

1 tsplemon rind, grated

2 lbcatfish filets, 4-5 oz each

1/4 cbutter
-
1/4 cbutter, melted

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 cpecans, finely chopped
How To Make pecan butter catfish

1Mix the flour, salt, red pepper and lemon rind together.

2Roll catfish filets in mixture and coat well on both sides.

3In a skillet, over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup butter and cook the catfish until lightly brown on each side.

4Spray 8x12 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and place filets in dish.

5Mix 1/4 cup melted butter, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce together. Spread over the filets. Sprinkle pecans on top.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
