Ingredients For peas and salmon loaf

  • 31 oz
    salmon, skinned, de-boned, and drained
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 2 - 4 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 - 1 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 8 1/2 oz
    peas, drained
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup (optional)
  • 1 - 2 c
    tartar sauce

How To Make peas and salmon loaf

  • 1
    Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs; carefully fold in peas
  • 2
    Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350 oven 30 minutes.

    Spread loaf with ketchup; bake 5 minutes longer.
  • 4
    Serve with tartar sauce on the side.
