I am adopting this recipe, and tweaking it a little bit.

Ingredients For peas and salmon loaf

31 ozsalmon, skinned, de-boned, and drained

2eggs, beaten
-
1 Tbsponion, chopped

2 - 4 tsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 - 1 ccracker crumbs
-
8 1/2 ozpeas, drained

1/4 cketchup (optional)

1 - 2 ctartar sauce
How To Make peas and salmon loaf

1Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs; carefully fold in peas

2Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350 oven 30 minutes.

3Spread loaf with ketchup; bake 5 minutes longer.

4Serve with tartar sauce on the side.
