Record breaking heat again today! Going to grill some salmon. This makes enough for a small army (well, a 10 lb fillet) Our family likes to eat salmon this way!

Ingredients For peach bbq sauce for salmon

1/2 cbutter

1red onion, minced

4 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 csoy sauce, low sodium

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1/2 cbrown sugar splenda, firmly packed (1/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c splenda

1/2 clemon juice, fresh

1 cpeach jam (i use smuckers simply fruit yummm)

1/2 cred wine vinegar
-
10 lbsalmon fillet (or 2 pieces for bob and i)
How To Make peach bbq sauce for salmon

1Grill inside (for winter) or outside

2Combine all ingredients for sauce in a large sauce pan.

3Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer for 1/2 hr or till slightly thickened.

4Brush fish generously for BBQ, repeat several times.

5Pass extra for serving. Our little ones like this fish too!
