Record breaking heat again today! Going to grill some salmon. This makes enough for a small army (well, a 10 lb fillet) Our family likes to eat salmon this way!

Ingredients For peach bbq sauce for salmon

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1
    red onion, minced
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar splenda, firmly packed (1/4 c brown sugar and 1/4 c splenda
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 c
    peach jam (i use smuckers simply fruit yummm)
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 10 lb
    salmon fillet (or 2 pieces for bob and i)

How To Make peach bbq sauce for salmon

    Grill inside (for winter) or outside
  • 2
    Combine all ingredients for sauce in a large sauce pan.

    Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer for 1/2 hr or till slightly thickened.

    Brush fish generously for BBQ, repeat several times.

    Pass extra for serving. Our little ones like this fish too!
