parmesan-crusted salmon
(4 ratings)
My son is one of the pickiest eaters on earth. Now that he's in his early 20s, he's more willing to try new things (other than pizza, cheeseburgers and hot dogs), and he loves this dish! It's super easy and really delicious. Always be sure to buy only wild-caught fish -- never farm-raised. It's better for you and your family, and better for the environment. Try serving this dish with our Rosemary Red Potatoes and some fresh garlic green beans.
