Ingredients For parmesan crusted fresh water bass

  • 4 lg
    fresh catch bass fillets
  • 4 oz
    butter melted
  • 1 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    instant potato flakes
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • oil for frying

How To Make parmesan crusted fresh water bass

  • 1
    Place the melted butter in a swallow dish. Mix the Parmesan, potato flakes, salt, paprika, and black pepper in another shallow dish.

    Add oil to a large skillet. the bass fillets in the melted butter then dredge in the Parmesan mixture. Fry until golden on both sides.
