    bass fish filets cut in half
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 box
    favorite beer batter mix
  • beer according to box directions
  • 1/2 c
    kraft parmesan cheese
  • oil for deep frying

How To Make parmesan beer battered fish

  • 1
    Bring oil for deep frying to 350 degrees. Season the fish filets with salt and pepper
  • 2
    MIx the beer and the batter mix together according to package directions.

    Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Dip the fish into the batter and deep fry until golden. Serve with tartar sauce
