I came up with this recipe, because my family loves tilapia and the fish can be quite bland, so I had all the right ingredients to make it more flavorful.

Ingredients For pan seared tilapia with spicy pineapple salsa

2 lbtilapia

2 clovegarlic, crushed

1 Tbsppaprika

1 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 colive oil

salt/pepper to taste
How To Make pan seared tilapia with spicy pineapple salsa

1Cut each tilapia piece in half.

2In a large bowl put all the ingredients, combine well, place fish pieces and coat well, marinade in fridge 30 mins.

3In a hot non-stick pan, cook 3 mins each side, don't overcrowd pan, maintain hot... top with my Spicy Pineapple Salsa (recipe posted)
