Ingredients For pan seared cod and shrimp

1 lbcod, fillets (cut into 4 fillets)

1/2 lbuncooked shrimp

2 tspherbes de provence
-
1 tspold bay seasoning

1 mdlemon juice, fresh

1/2 cwhite wine, dry
-
1/2 cchicken broth, low salt
-
3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

pepper to taste
How To Make pan seared cod and shrimp

1Lightly brush fish fillets with 1/3 olive oil.

2Sprinkle herbs, old bay and pepper on both sides of fish.

3In a heated skillet, add remining olive oil. Lightly brown fish and shrimp. This should take about 2-3 minutes. Turn. Add lemon juice, wine and chicken broth. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until done.

4Remove fish to a warm plate. Reduce sauce and pour over fish.
