Ingredients For pan-fried tilapia fillets

1-1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppaprika

1/8 tspdried thyme

1/8 tsppepper

1 tspdried parsley

1/3 cspicy brown mustard

2 Tbspcanola oil
-
6tilapia fillets

1/3 clight mayonnaise
How To Make pan-fried tilapia fillets

1In bowl, stir together panko crumbs, salt, paprika, thyme, pepper and parsley. In another bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.

2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat until hot. Dip each fish fillet into mayonnaise-mustard mix, then coat on all sides w/ crumb mix.

3Gently place fillets in skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 4 min each side.
