    bass fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 lg
    cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 2
    scallions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro chopped

How To Make pan fried bass with cucumber salsa

    Make the salsa: Mix the cucumber, soy sauce, rice vinegar, scallions, sugar and cilantro together and set in fridge for flavors to meld

    Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Place oil in skillet and fry the fish about 4 minutes each side depending on how thick they are.
